Job Description
1、Market Analysis: Gain a deep understanding of payment industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior patterns in the Poland and Ukraine regions.2、Strategic Planning: Develop effective marketing strategies for payment products based on market insights, including but not limited to promotional plans for digital payment solutions.3、Brand Building: Enhance brand awareness through various channels, establish a positive brand image, and increase customer loyalty.4、Partnership Management: Identify and maintain strong relationships with key partners such as local financial institutions and merchants.5、Event Planning and Execution: Organize and execute both online and offline marketing events, such as promotional campaigns, seminars, or exhibitions, to enhance product visibility and appeal.6、Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, use data analysis tools to track KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.7、Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure that marketing activities support overall business objectives.

Position Requirement
1、Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2、At least 3 years of experience in marketing within the payment industry or fintech sector; candidates with familiarity with the Eastern European market, particularly Poland and Ukraine, are preferred.3、Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Polish or Ukrainian is a plus.4、Strong project and time management skills.5、Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics.6、Innovative mindset, with the ability to quickly adapt to a changing market environment.7、Data-driven, with the ability to use data analysis results to guide decision-making processes.
