Our daily responsibilities include maintaining the IT infrastructure and providing internal customer service. We use various IT technologies, including MS systems and services and other systems and services related to Linux, automation, virtualization, LAN and WAN.

What you'll be doing?

• Administration of permissions, access and accounts
• Maintaining and developing IT infrastructure based on Microsoft Windows environment and related systems
• Performing system upgrades and migrations, minimizing downtime and ensuring compatibility
• Proactively monitoring systems and troubleshooting problems, monitoring and deploying security patches, anti-virus and related updates, performing daily checks of systems, system logs and application logs
• Developing procedures and documentation for deployed and maintained systems, including troubleshooting procedures and guides
• Actively collaborating with teams, including working closely with infrastructure administrators and the Help Desk team to resolve issues and interdependencies, and working with development and Dev Ops teams
• Taking an active part in the development and testing of new IT solutions
• Providing technical support to users in the area of system and application software

Your qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience as an IT Systems Administrator
• MS Windows Server - administration and maintenance at an advanced level
• Practical experience with Microsoft Server Services: MS Active Directory - administration, maintenance, security, development (AD, GPO and GPP), DNS, DHCP, WSUS, FS, RDS, PKI, and others
• MS SQL - administration and maintenance
• Process automation in a Windows environment - creating Powershell scripts
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Knowledge of networking issues at the Cisco CCNA R&S level
• Independence, very good analytical skills and effective cooperation in a team of IT professionals
• Polish language - native level, English - minimum B2 level
• Willingness to work on site in Zabierzów at least 3 days a week

Nice to have:

• Experience with ISO 27001 and knowledge of related topics, particularly in the context of IT Security
• Administrative knowledge of accounting software ERP Dynamics 365 Business Central and others, e.g. Comarch Optima, Payer, M-Files
• Familiarity with log monitoring systems, e.g. Manage Engine Ad Audit
• Knowledge of monitoring systems, e.g. Zabbix
• Knowledge of SIEM/HIDS solutions, e.g. Wazuh
• Knowledge of automation tools, e.g. Ansible
• Microsoft Azure AD/Entra ID
