Mission:

To efficiently and effectively manage the storage, organization, and distribution of goods and machines in the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed with attention to detail, quality, and safety.

Job Description

Warehouse:

• Maintain and update warehouse location records to ensure goods are systematically arranged for easy retrieval - and proper storage of goods and machines.
• Responsible for all receiving, stacking, order filling, labelling and casing or packing of goods.

Dispatching/Delivery:

• Picking, arranging of dispatch for order from Customer and service orders

Others:

• Health & Safety compliance in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain and control files related to his functions.
• To assists other supply staff when necessary.
• To ensure accuracy of delivery dispatch
• Other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Task

• Responsible to inspect return spare parts and bin to proper location
• Scanning of incoming Machine

• Scanning of incoming spare parts

Experience:

• 3 Years Experience in Warehouse Management

Knowledge:

• Forklift Operation (NC2 Certified),
• Computer Literate,
• Knowledge in SAP application is an advantage.

Personality:

• Should have a good sense of Integrity and Honesty.
• Should be a good Team player.
• Communication Skills

Education Requirements:

• High School or College Diploma
