RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for safekeeping of parts and physical inventory.
2. Responsible for any discrepancy, breakage or damage and loss incurred inside the Parts Department warehouse.
3. Ensures proper maintenance and orderliness of the warehouse.
4. Checks and receives parts deliveries from Toyota Motor Philippines and other Parts Suppliers.
5. Responsible for the proper binning and location of parts.
6. Responsible for strict implementation of Toyota’s Seven Points of Parts Storage Techniques.
7. Assists on fast and accurate issuance of parts to counter customers based on Sales Invoice generated by Parts Counter Salesman.
8. Fast and accurate issuance of parts to Service Technician based on Picking Slip generated by Parts Advisors.
9. Responsible for the monitoring and maintaining a safe and secured warehouse facility.
10. Utilized the usage of SOP Rack, Counter Rack, GJ Rack, BP Rack and Warranty Rack inside the Warehouse.
11. Performs accurate parts replenishment to QSB Warehouse every day based on Daily Check List generated by Parts Advisor (QSB).
12. Prepares SOD (Suggested Order Demand) based on constant actual demand.
13. Prepares parts warehouse for Annual and Semi-Annual Inventory.
14. Maintains record and inventory of all closed R.O (Repair Order), Picking Slip, and Sales Invoice for reference.
15. Creates Hiyari-Hatto and Kiken Yochi Report on a monthly basis.
16. Answers telephone inquiries in accordance with dealership guidelines.
17. Actively participates on the annual and semi-annual Inventory.
18. Attends and participates to the Department/Dealer/TMP initiated meetings, seminars, trainings, activities, and event.
19. Ensures that SOP’s are being followed at all times.
20. Actively participates on all Kaizen activities.
21. Practices and promotes the 8 Core Values.
22. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
a. Bachelor's degree graduate
b. Knowledge in basic warehouse operations;
c. Strong organizational, follow-up and Customer Service communication skills
d. With driver's license
