What Will You Do:

• Support with AHG Lab or one of the venture studio’s portfolio companies, where you will be part of a team where you manage projects independently
• Get involved in the Venture Capital & Venture Development projects ranging from analytical projects, operational work, strategic programs, to overall entrepreneurial challenges
• Assist in day-to-day operations and are expected to gain an understanding of the venture studio model and the key stakeholders in the Philippine startup industry
• Be exposed to the following non-exhaustive list of tasks:
• Strategic Market Research
• Investment Analysis
• Financial Reconciliation
• Creation and Editing of Decks
• Product and Tech Testing
• Business Operations and Clerical Work
• Participation and Assistance in Company Events, Trainings, and Workshops
• Other Business and Ad hoc tasks

Who We’re Looking For:

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, and other business-related programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace with basic knowledge of financial principles and market research.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of conducting market research and investment analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and edit presentations.
• You are interested to build a career around Entrepreneurship, Venture Capital, or related fields
• Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills, organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks and projects.
• Willing to assist in company events, training, and workshops.
