Entrepreneur in Residence / Co-Founder (Operational / Commercial / Finance & Investments Focus)

What You Will Do:
  • Owner or Co-owner of the P&L and strategy of one of AHG Lab’s portfolio companies, ensuring top-line & bottom line profitability
  • You build and lead your own existing team of Operations, commercial, finance, and admin teams to perform at their best. You are collaborating well and challenge the way forward for the venture
  • You apply strong entrepreneurial drive and take the business to the next stage, may it be fundraising, structuring ground work, or expansion
  • You build hypothesis, prove and disprove them, while aligning the long term vision with what you and your team do tomorrow, next week, this quarter
  • You align the progress of your venture with regular meetings with the AHG Lab partners, investors, and other stakeholders involved
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Ideally experience in creating and developing your own venture with commercial success
  • Alternatively, 4 years of experience in managing business + teams with proven track record in challenging, preferably (but not required) in fast moving environments (early stage startups, venture, VC, PE, investment banking). If you’re an entrepreneurial leader in whichever industry, you may be a good fit.
  • You are fluent in English and know the Southeast Asian Startup landscape
  • You are passionate about Entrepreneurship, thrive in 0-1 environments and appreciate fast learning
  • You are a structured problem solver: If 100 items come along, you know how to prioritize and align expectations with all stakeholders while you are executing on them
  • You enjoy being part of the ecosystem that supports and collaborates with like-minded individuals and leaders
  • You are creative, proactive & appreciate feedback
