Job Qualification

• As long as physically fit
• Must be at least high school graduate or college level with customer service experience
• Background in Indoor Playground or in the same field is an advantage
• Good in oral and written communication
• Basic computer-literate.
• Can work with minimal supervision and multitasking (admin task and cashiering)
• Can work in shifting schedule (mall-based store)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Employee is required to wear a mascot and do hosting, singing, and dancing.
• Acts with integrity at all time in work
• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high-volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard.
• Delivers legendary customer service to all customers, especially to the children, by acting a “customer comes first” attitude.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the store.
