KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Influence and inspire a team to create memorable in-store experiences and foster a positive environment
• Ideate, create and execute action plans to drive sales and client engagement · Recruit top talent for all positions in store; Sales Associates and Sales Supervisors
• Ensure store standards are maintained by delegating tasks amongst cleanliness, visual merchandising and operational tasks
• Curate and execute fruitful in-store activations and support with new store openings as needed
• Embrace learning and leveraging new technologies, systems, apps, etc.
• Ability to operate independently and work effectively under pressure
• Build out team schedule while managing payroll effectively
• Keep an agile work schedule to support business needs, including days, nights, weekends, holidays
• Maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Oversee the daily operations of our flagship branch and support other departments in driving brand success.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent preferable
• Knowledgeable in B2C E-commerce, merchandising and marketplace management · Proficient with English and Filipino in both oral and written
• Strong administrative, time management and interpersonal skills
• Technical knowledge and passion for golf preferable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php60,000.00 per month
