Who are we looking for:
As a Store Manager , you are expected to be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff.

• Provides excellent customer service and handles complaints professionally.
• Trains, mentors, and oversees staff to meet sales goals.
• Develops strategies to attract customers and increase profitability.
• Manages store administration, including budgets and financial records.
• Monitors inventory and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• Must have at least 6 months of experience in the Retail industry or FMCG is preferred.
• Strong leadership, customer management, and people management skills.
• Customer service-oriented with business management knowledge.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, trustworthy, and reliable with high integrity.
• Flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to assigned in: Bacoor City, Cavite
