Who are we looking for:
As a Company Nurse , you are responsible for delivering healthcare services and promoting wellness programs within a corporate or industrial environment. Serves as a vital link between the company, its employees, and the broader
healthcare system. Maintains and improves the health of employees, prevents workplace-related illnesses and injuries, and assists in the overall well-being of the workforce.
- Provide medical services and dispensing of medicines to company personnel
- Renders physical examination, first aid, and routine treatment.
- Evaluate pre-employment medical examination results
- Provide first aid medicine for emergency purposes
- Document all employee injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential
- Promotes healthy eating and wellness programs
- Develop implement health and safety programs
- Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks
- Communicate with management regularly
- Attends health-related seminars and conducts health teachings to an employee as needed
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Nursing License is required.
- With 1-2 years working experience as a company nurse or regular nurse.
- Should have first aid experience or Certification as First Aider from the Philippine Red Cross.
- With Comprehensive Clinical Training in Occupational Health and Nursing.
- With excellent communication, organizational and critical-thinking skills.
- With a warm and caring disposition.
- Willing to be assigned in: Alfamart Distribution Center - Mexico Pampanga
