Job Opportunity: Secretary for a Furniture Store
Location: Geno Furnitures - Quezon City
Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and friendly individual with excellent communication skills? We're looking for a Secretary to join our team at Geno Traders Inc. This is a full-time position that requires someone who can handle administrative tasks efficiently and contribute to creating an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments and manage daily calendars for the store team.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.).
• Maintain organized filing systems and assist with inventory management.
• Prepare reports, invoices, and other documents as needed.
• Assist with store operations, including order processing and customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
