The Market Development Specialist will be responsible for developing a particular market segment for the company. Promotes products and services to potential and existing customer.

• Performs cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
• Builds and establishes customer relationships with end-users and key opinion leaders through product promotion.
• Develops and maintains sales activity records.
• Presents company products and services to existing and potential customers.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow-up to ensure resolution.
• Ensures timely delivery of customer orders and collection of customer payables.
• Collects customer feedback and conducts market research.
