The Admin Receptionist is responsible for providing front-desk support and administrative assistance within the organization. This role involves managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support office operations.
A. Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments/persons
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
B. Administrative Support:
- Assist in managing meeting room calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of meetings and events.
C. Customer Service:
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and staff regarding office services and procedures.
- Address and resolve inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person.
D. Record Keeping:
- Maintain and update contact lists and other essential documents.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of visitors, appointments, and other relevant data.
E. Office Coordination:
- Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in the coordination of office maintenance and repairs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php645.00 per day
