• Assists in canvassing and ordering materials for office and construction site
• Prepares Canvas Sheet and ensures that supplier can deliver within agreed schedules
• Communicate and clarifies with requesting department for any clarification
• Negotiates with supplier for prices and delivery schedules if necessary
• Communicates with suppliers for feedback or when discrepancies arise
• Maintain strong working relationships with our suppliers
• Assists in preparing the receiving report of inbound deliveries and checks correctness and completeness with documents for payment processing (e.g. Delivery Receipt, Sales Invoice)
• Assists in requesting fuel of company vehicles daily
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
