Purchasing Assistant

- Establish a proper system for the main warehouse.
- Responsible for inventory management in the warehouse.
- Will need to manage and monitor physical arrangements of the goods in the warehouse from time to time.
- Responsible for the accurate monitoring and recording of the receiving, retrieval, and distribution of goods in the warehouse, in a timely manner.
- Assist in all purchasing activities and tasks.
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
- Physical stock verification, and preparation of monthly stock statements/reports as per timeline.
- Responsible for checking and verifying supplier invoices/delivery orders invoices.
- Ensure timely submission of all invoices and delivery orders to Finance Department.
- Create and maintain a detailed inventory list of all incoming, outgoing, and current supplies.
- Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services, and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
- Coordinating with the project team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
- Expedite and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery to support operations.
- Proper filing for both purchasing and warehouse documents and reports.
- Any other duties assigned by the Management as and when deemed necessary.
- Graduate of any 4-years Business course.
- 1-2 years of Purchasing/Inventory experience.
- In-depth knowledge of purchasing functions, inventory and supply management systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills, a good understanding of sourcing and the ability to maintain vendor relationships.
- Direct experience with spreadsheet computer applications.
- Ability to use purchasing software.
- Willing to work onsite and willing to be assigned in Ortigas.
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
