Amihan Solutions is a fast-growing company that works closely with primary European clients, building permanent quality delivery teams in the Philippines.
Your Role & Responsibility
- Lead projects from start to finish—planning, execution, and successful delivery—while ensuring budgets and timelines are met.
- Work closely with project managers, consultants, developers, and clients to ensure seamless coordination.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates and managing expectations transparently.
- Recommend and implement strategies to optimize processes and enhance team efficiency.
- Minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in software development.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes and software implementation.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and excellent client communication skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are nice to have.
- Previous experience managing projects in a Saa S environment, especially within logistics or supply chain sectors.
- Ability to analyze project data to drive decisions and improve project outcomes.
- International background/experience preferred
- Fluent English (other languages are an advantage)
