We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project-in-Charge to oversee the fabrication of steel and installation supports for a roof deck solar installation project. This role will also encompass responsibilities for quality assurance and quality control to ensure that all work meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and compliance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
* Lead and coordinate all aspects of the steel fabrication and installation project.
* Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and Solar NRG Philippines, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Quality Assurance & Quality Control:
* Implement and oversee QA/QC processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
* Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials, fabrication processes, and installation practices.
* Identify potential quality issues and develop corrective action plans.
Fabrication Oversight:
* Manage the steel fabrication process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
* Collaborate with design and engineering teams to address any fabrication challenges.
Installation Supervision:
* Supervise on-site installation activities, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are followed.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
Documentation & Reporting:
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, inspection records, and compliance checklists.
* Prepare and present regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
Health & Safety Compliance:
* Enforce safety regulations and best practices on the job site.
* Conduct safety meetings and training sessions for team members.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in project management, particularly in steel fabrication and installation.
* Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control processes in construction and manufacturing.
* Familiarity with solar installation projects is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

• Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
