Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries related to home entertainment products, including televisions, streaming devices, and audio equipment.
• Provide product information, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide customers through installation and setup processes.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the customer management system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.

Job Qualifications:

• Highschool Graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 6 months of experience in a BPO setting, specifically handling a blended support account.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computers and customer management software.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to work in Mc Kinley, Taguig.
