Retention specialists communicate with customers, members, or employees to increase loyalty retain businesses or services, and quickly devise solutions to problems. They primarily communicate directly with employees, customers, or members who have issues with the organization or company. They gather information about the complaint and begin devising solutions and support for ongoing organizational improvement efforts.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the relevant internal stakeholders to drive success (i.e., Channel, BDRs, etc).
- Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, develop, and renew existing subscriptions.
- Execute outbound sales strategy to drive Retention for existing/expiring subscriptions
- At least a graduate of Senior high school or High school old curriculum
- Must have good written and oral communications skills
- Should be willing to work onsite on a shifting in BGC, Taguig
- Application Process: 1 Day hiring (Onsite Process depending on the availability of the hiring managers)
- Work set up: Onsite
- Schedule: Shifting
