Parts Admin Staff (ITC Branch)

Main objective is to be responsible for the proper inventory of items, parts, accessories and stockroom storage space. Keeps track of record for stocks as it comes in and out. Updates records of Parts Inventory. Create schedules, monitor stock levels at the Stock room and maintain the required level of stocks prior to replenishment, and that there are no shortages on shelves and racks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track, manage, and maintain accurate inventory levels of automotive parts and accessories.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder parts when necessary to avoid shortages.
- Receive and inspect parts for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet standards.
- Store and organize parts in the warehouse or stockroom for easy access.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with the system records.
- Report discrepancies, such as damages or lost items, and investigate the causes.
- Maintain proper labeling, tagging, and categorization of parts.
- Process incoming and outgoing orders of automotive parts.
- Coordinate with service teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Track orders, backorders, and returns.
- Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
- Evaluate supplier performance and identify alternative sources as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions, including purchases, deliveries, and usage.
- Ensure all data is logged in inventory management software.
- Assist internal teams (like mechanics or sales) with part identification and availability.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on orders or part availability, if applicable.
- Follow company policies on safety, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure the workspace is organized and hazard-free.
- Graduate of any 4 yrs. Course.
- Prior work experience in the Inventory and Control role is a plus factor.
- Working knowledge in office procedures.
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems.
- With experience in using office equipment, including printers.
- With strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Can keep confidential and other sensitive company information.
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical skills
- Knowledge of fundamentals of electrical wiring
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From Php16,823.00 per month
