Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the marketing team through compiling, consolidating, printing and preparing marketing proposals and documents.
- Assists and supports sales team through sales and customer visit and presentation.
- Responds to customer / client requests and inquiries and performs telemarketing.
- Performs market research by collecting information of clients, their needs and marketing opportunities.
- Must be aware of the sales teams' schedule and other requirements related to sales visits, meetings and bidding activities.
- Monitors the supplies requirements and inventory of marketing materials.
- To perform related functions that the immediate head may assign and require from time to time.
- To understand and embrace the importance of the Corporate Culture and the Basic Principles and to be able to implement it in the workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interest in marketing, social media, and digital marketing trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Basic graphic design skills (experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
