Marketing Manager

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels, and a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns. This role requires a creative, data-oriented individual who can effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing sales information and recommendations, improving customer-service standarnd, promotion programs and field sales action plans.
  • Develops client network evaluations, marketing strategies and analysis like pricing strategies, monitoring costs, competition and demand.
  • Develop monthly budget analysis and prepare monthly sales activity reports. Evaluate market information and prepare reports as well as marketing analysis for management and sales staff.
  • Determines and project annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products and services.
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
  • Accomplishes business development activities by searching and developing marketing opportunities and plans.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic industry partners.
  • Managing and ensuring marketing staff to achieve results, effective sales performance and adherence to global marketing standards, company objectives and policies.
  • Directs staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop sales and marketing personnel.
  • To perform related functions that the marketing consultant/s may and require from time to time.
  • To understand and embrace the importance of the Corporate Culture and the Basic Principles and to be able to implement it in the workplace.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, both digital and traditional.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, digital advertising, content marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hub Spot, social media insights, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and communicate with senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
