What You Will Do:
- Engaging decision-makers to determine marketing campaign requirements and objectives
- Analyzing, interpreting, and presenting sales initiatives
- Delivering final products, recommendations, and online strategies
- Successfully on-board new client's products and solutions
- Focusing on the growth and development of new business and existing clients
- Make recommendations according to the client's needs for features and added values.
- Update client information in the CRM during and after each call as needed.
- Build confidence in the program and build rapport with clients.
- Communicate with clients through email and SMS as needed and in a timely manner.
- Follow up with the client to complete any missing pieces of the campaign.
- Provide each client with solutions the first time they call in.
- Manage incoming cases from customer emails within 24 hours as assigned by team lead.
- Report customer feedback and patterns to management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php55,000.00 per month
