Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Sales Lead at One Outsource in Makati. The Corporate Sales Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the corporate sales team, driving sales strategies, client communication, and account management. The Lead will be the key point of contact for the team, ensuring that sales activities align with business objectives and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a results-driven approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Corporate Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
• Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to drive new business acquisition and expansion with existing clients.
• Foster strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee the sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and updates to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of client projects and services.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team to enhance skills and improve performance.
• Manage the sales pipeline and coordinate with the team to ensure timely follow-ups and opportunities are addressed.
• Represent the company in high-level client meetings and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in corporate sales and account management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients at all levels.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and drive results.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in BPO sales or service-related industries is a plus.

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay
