Job Summary:
Performs administrative and technical support in the implementation of information technology services such as local area networking, PC Trouble shooting, computer user assistance, video conferencing, timekeeping, production networking, etc.
Job Functions:
1. Provides technical assistance on software and hardware support on IT problems encountered by PC user.
2. Coordinates with the head office Systems Administrator on any IT related matters.
3. Conducts hardware and software inventory and maintains a monitoring record.
4. Monitors and updates software licenses to ensure strict compliance of its regulations
5. Implements IT policies and procedures to ensure computer security and protection from virus spreading in the network system.
6. Sets up equipment for video conferencing meeting and provides technical assistance in case of breakdown.
7. Maintains all equipment, machine at the server room and ensure its orderliness.
8. Maintains and ensure strict confidentiality file server
9. Provides back up data base on new systems being installed such as time keeping and auto cad system.
10. Performs other functions that maybe assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
11. Develop programming for company use such as but not limited to

• Data base
• Business Intelligence Application
• Processing Programs

12. 5S of network
13. Support / Set up of equipment that requires network integration
14. Regulate / Monitor / Upgrade of CCTV network
15. Participate / Initiate cost reduction measure.
Job Specifications:

• College graduate preferably Computer Engineering or Information Technology
• with at least 2 years' experience in networking and/or server administration
• with good interpersonal skills
• Skills in computer troubleshooting, networking, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
