Determine the validity and authenticity of all crew documents including statutory
certifications of seafarers scheduled to join vessel.
2. Secure the equivalent Flag licenses of crew based on position, vessel and/or
principal specific requirement.
3. Arrange the acquisition of entry visas and other formalities required by a particular
country where crew change will be effectuated.
4. Prepare crew contracts and all other related documents and submit to POEA for
processing either through electronic process, or actual process in POEA, leading to
the issuance of OEC and other joining requirements.
5. In coordination with Management, prepare the necessary documentation pertinent
to the enrollment of ships, crew orders, wage scales, and all other crew employment
coverages, for submission and processing with POEA for accreditation.
6. Coordinate with the Fleet Management team on crew change plan, pre-employment
medical examination and medical fitness of joiners, and execute the proper timing
of documentation and processing to ensure crew timely deployment in accordance
with the vessel’s crew change schedule.
7. Ensure the validity of Documents is more than the contract period of joining crew.
