Demonstrate compliance to the Company’s Quality Policy and achieve the target rating of the Quality Objective.
Assist / Take part in achieving the target rating of the Quality Objective and Key Performance
Indicator of the Accounting Department (Aging Account must meet 95% compliance rate).
Support the Operations department to achieve the quality service to the customer.
Review financial statements and data.
Prepare and control operational budgets.
Plan effective strategies for the financial well-being of the company (i.e.: On-time payment of bills and benefits)
Maintain, update and manage banking.
Review request for operating fund, petty cash, re-imbursement, cash advance, etc.
Process fund transfer for operating fund.
Review receipts and reconciliation reports; scan receipts
Assist in yearly accounting audit for PGS PH
Bookkeeping and submit receipts to accounting department, scan receipts.
Review government payable reports such as but not limited to the BIR, SSS, PHIC and HDMF report prior to submission/payment.
Payment/submit government payable such as but not limited to the BIR, SSS, PHIC and HDMF.
Review and process online bank transfer of payroll.
Recording office expenditure and managing the budget.
Perform duties of Costing / Receivables when they are not around, in vacation, or as required.
