We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Finance Staff to join the team at Philippine EDS Techno-Service, Inc. in our Paranaque City office. This full-time role will be responsible for providing high-quality financial reporting and accounting services to support the company's strategic goals.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Assist in the month-end close process and ensure the timely delivery of financial reports
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Provide support for the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Attend to Audit: ISO, ISMS, BIR, External, YC and PEZA
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role
- Experienced and knowledgeable in accounting software (SAP, NAV, etc.)
- Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively throughout the organization.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Parañaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
