Documentation Specialist (Customer Experience) | WFH Setup

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Documentation Specialist to join our team in a hybrid work environment. This role is essential for supporting visa processing and registration for clients, with a focus on New Zealand and Canada immigration procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to work independently in a remote setup, and a willingness to adopt a hybrid work model as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visa Processing & Registration:
- Collect and process requirements for the student pathway registration.
- Prepare and review visa application documents, including:
- Constructing the Statement of Purpose.
- Reviewing financial documents.
- Completing immigration forms.
- Monitoring submission of client applications.
- Customer Experience:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure clients are guided throughout the documentation and visa application process.
- Administrative Duties:
- Respond to client emails promptly.
- Participate in virtual meetings (familiarity with Google tools is required).
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in customer service (CSR).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic mathematics skills to review clients’ balances.
- Familiarity with New Zealand and Canada immigration policies.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage client expectations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
- Location: Candidates must be based in the Makati or Pasay area for convenience.
- Work Setup: Remote work (WFH), with flexibility for a hybrid setup.
- Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Philippines Time).
- Hybrid Work: Employees will be required to work onsite twice a quarter for special events (e.g., visits from directors or clients).
