Distributor Sales Personnel
Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Research and analyze market trends to identify potential clients and industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Highlight the key features and benefits of the products or services to meet client needs.
• Take orders from clients and ensure accurate recording of product or service details.
• Coordinate with the sales support team to process orders efficiently.
• Set and achieve sales targets and quotas to contribute to the overall company revenue goals.
• Implement effective sales strategies to maximize booking opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer preferences.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order details.
• Prepare reports and summaries as required by the management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
• Ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail in order processing and documentation.

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,600.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
