Job Description:
The Department Secretary exists to keep office administration and operations running smoothly, assigned as the Property Custodian and personnel in-charge of monitoring/organizing the incoming and outgoing emails from the centralized email account of the Department as well as other documents such as, but not limited to incoming and outgoing memoranda, access forms. She is assigned to handle tasks that would help alleviate the rest of the team members to focus on their own duties – data feed and data analytics.
Educational Requirements:
Graduate of a 4-year Business Course
Work Experience:
Work experience in a related company is an advantage.

Competencies:
Must have advance hands-on software experience in MS Office applications – Word, Excel including Power Pivot, Power Point

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
