Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the construction and architecture sectors. This individual will leverage their architectural background and expertise in acquisition to build strategic relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee the execution of projects aligned with the company’s objectives.
What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• Manage the entire leasing process on behalf of both landlords and tenants, including site inspections, leasing proposals, negotiations, and finalizing lease agreements.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify prime locations for new branches, ensuring alignment with company growth strategies.
• Evaluate potential acquisitions and joint ventures to expand the company’s portfolio.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements ensuring compliance with company policies and profitability.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including performance metrics and KPIs.

What are the Skills and Qualifications?

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Proven experience in business development or acquisition within the construction or architecture sectors (minimum 3-5 years).
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive performance.
• Ability to build rapport, and collaboration and comfortable working in a dynamic team environment.
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven, with a focus on delivering business outcomes.
• Willingness to travel for business meetings and site visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

• Caloocan City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
