We are seeking a highly motivated Agile Project Leader PM / Scrum Master with 3+ years of experience in Project Management or a similar role. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working as a Scrum Master or Product Owner and will possess a strong understanding of multiple Agile frameworks. This role involves leading software projects to successful delivery, serving as an Agile coach, and acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Certifications in Scrum Master, Product Owner, or PMP (preferred but not required).
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management or a similar role.
• Extensive experience in Business Analysis.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with international clients, particularly in the European market.
• Familiarity with multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, XP).
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, and TFS.

Lead and Develop Projects:

• • Oversee and support the successful delivery of software projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Agile Coaching:

• • Serve as an Agile coach to the team and stakeholders, promoting Agile principles and practices.
  • Educate and mentor team members in project management principles, methods, processes, and tools.

Scrum Master / Product Owner Responsibilities:

• • Act as a Scrum Master or Product Owner as needed to support project requirements.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).

Client Interaction:

• • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients regarding project-related concerns.
  • Maintain effective communication with international clients, particularly in the European market.

Collaboration and Tools:

• • Utilize various collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, and TFS to manage projects.
