The position will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing confidential business processes, including the business license application process, contract management, and administrative support. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills to ensure smooth execution of essential business tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Business License Management:
- Oversee the application and renewal processes for business licenses.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date records for all relevant licenses and certifications.
- Manage district contracts, including the filing, organizing, and processing of contracts.
- Ensure that all contracts are properly documented and accessible for future reference.
- Coordinate the contract loan registration process and handle any updates or changes in contractual agreements.
- Streamline the contract review and approval process to enhance efficiency.
- Utilize office software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) to create, manage, and track business documentation and reports.
- Maintain digital and physical files to ensure organized record-keeping.
- Serve as a point of contact between internal departments and external partners regarding confidential processes.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to ensure the successful implementation of business processes.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to confidential matters, ensuring accurate and timely execution of duties.
- Provide support to senior management in handling confidential documents and communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with the Philippine business license application process and contract management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and other office software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
