Admin Assistant (Project-based) | Cebu

Job Description:
  • Assist in scheduling members in the assigned Primary Care Clinics (PCC) using ACUITY Scheduler
  • Assist in confirming member’s scheduled consultation appointments via SMS or thru call in the assigned PCC and update “Confirmed” labeling in the ACUITY Scheduler
  • Monitor and properly label all scheduled transaction outcomes in the ACUITY Scheduler
  • Monitor PCC hang-out space and assist in responding to member concerns and requests escalated by the CCD and Concierge Team
  • Assist in responding to email inquiries in the assigned PCC
  • Assist in handling queries from members inside the PCC
  • Assist in monitoring and sending out results of laboratories and diagnostic procedures availed in the assigned PCC
  • Greets and directs member patients and visitors in a courteous manner and help encourage member’s feedback
  • Answer phone calls and be in charge of safekeeping PCC mobile phones while on duty
  • Provides support services and assists PCC Staff in gathering data for daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Ensure and maintain compliance on data privacy at all times
  • Receive and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • Provides administrative support to PCC Supervisor in the procurement and inventory of monthly medical and office supplies
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned by the Immediate Supervisor and management
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess any Bachelor’s Degree or preferably Allied Health related courses
  • At least with 6 months to 1 year of working experience in the admin role
  • Proficient in Google and MS Office applications
  • With healthcare work experience is a plus
  • Organize and detailed-oriented

  • Amenable to work in project-based employment (6 months)
  • Amenable to work onsite daily
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
