JOB DESCRIPTION

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
• Strong organizational skills, a good understanding of sourcing, and the ability to maintain vendor relationships
• Familiarity with accounting software (experience with Quick Books or Xero is a plus).
• Superb communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
• Keen to details and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Competent of multitasking
• Willing to work ASAP
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Analyze budgets and create detailed expense reports.
• Examine tax policies and manage tax payments and returns.
• Meet with clients to discuss confidential accounting issues.
• Post transactions and categorizing records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities, and expenses)
• Reconcile bank statements and analyze transactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct month-end and year-end closures.
• Prepare documents for audits.
• Reporting to the Accounting Manager and working to improve financial processes.
• Provide Accounting and clerical support.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.

Some of the furniture we offer are living room seating, storage, dining chairs, tables, room cabinets, sideboards, trolleys, bar carts, beds, wall decors, etc. The company outfitted and supplied furniture to homes and some of the Philippines’ most prominent hotels and resorts including Shangri-La, Somerset, Amanpulo, The Lind Boracay, and the Henann Group Hotels. Mejore continues to evolve with modern technology in design and manufacturing, bringing the latest planning and production techniques while incorporating traditional Filipino aesthetics and raw materials in its designs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
