Position Summary:
As an Accounting Manager at our multinational OEM manufacturing company and Amazon e-commerce business, you will oversee financial reporting, tax management, and budgeting functions critical to our operations. Our company operates across Hong Kong, China, and the Philippines. Your role will involve preparing accurate financial reports, providing strategic financial insights, and managing tax-related issues within the context of our B2B operations. You will play a key role in maximizing profitability, controlling expenses, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.
Job Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing insights to enhance sales and purchasing decisions.
• Tax Management: Manage tax-related issues, ensuring compliance and implementing tax-saving strategies relevant to the manufacturing sector.
• Cost Control: Monitor production costs and daily expenses to maximize profitability and ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
• Data Entry Oversight: Ensure accurate financial data entry and review financial reports for discrepancies.
• Payment Management: Oversee timely payments to suppliers and manage cash flow effectively to support operations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the accounting team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring high performance and professional development.
• Analyze Financial Data: Analyze financial information to identify risks and opportunities, examining trends and discrepancies to support decision-making.
• KPI Development and Monitoring: Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial performance and operational efficiency, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making.
• Assist in Strategy and Decision-Making: Use financial data to inform insights and assist in optimizing the organization’s financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, and tax management, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws affecting OEM businesses.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Poficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.

Work Environment:
This role will be a hybrid position, requiring 25 days of work in China followed by 5 days of remote work from the Philippines. Regular interaction with the finance team and senior management is expected. The Accounting Manager must be able to manage a fast-paced work environment and ensure that all financial tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php82,500.00 per month
