- Files and maintains records and reports related the existing projects.
- Prepares and submits monthly collection reports to Philippine Ports Authority and other gov't agencies.
- Prepares and monitors series of Official Receipts, Billing Statements, Certificate of Service Rendered and Billing Invoices.
- Monitors returned booklets of Official Receipts, Certificate of Service Rendered and Billing Invoices.
- Prepares schedule of collections from Branches.
- Prepares supporting schedules for Financial Statements.
- Prepares bank reconciliation.
- Prepares schedule needed for SRF project.
- Records or posts the sales and receipts in the Peachtree as needed.
- Assists the Finance Department in other financial transactions of SRF operations.
- Performs other task that maybe assigned from time-to-time.
Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
