- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 6+ years in a marketing/advertising environment.
- Provide leadership and supervision of the business unit/set of accounts.
- Oversee assigned accounts and supervise the team with clear directions and support.
- Strategically manage client relationships to help address the client agency's needs when it comes to PR and influencer marketing support.
- Provides strategic leadership and original thinking to accounts in the unit, coordinating closely with internal teams in developing PR and influencer marketing campaigns.
- Analyzes market trends and competitors' PR and influencer marketing activities vis-a-vis assigned brands and recommends action steps to protect the clients' business.
- Writes the communication plan, brand reviews, business-building proposals, and other major presentations to clients. (With support from the Accounts team)
- Willing to report to work in New Zaniga Mandaluyong City on a hybrid setup. (1-2x a week)
