Job Description: Warehouse Worker (Full-Time)
Position: Warehouse Worker
Location: Half Hitch Tackle Co., Inc. – Panama City Beach
Schedule: Thursday – Monday; 7:00 AM – 4:00 AM (off days Tuesday & Wednesday)
Job Summary: We are looking for a Warehouse Worker to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. The warehouse worker will load and unload outgoing and incoming delivery vehicles. You will select products from the warehouse, load and secure goods to pallets, move inventory to delivery area, and load merchandise. You will unload stock from delivery vehicles, and transport to and store in designated warehouse positions. You will keep your work environment clean and tidy at all times, and comply with all relevant safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
To ensure success you need the ability to follow instructions and operate in an orderly manner. Preferred applicants are hard-working, dependable, focused and have outstanding problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities and skills typically associated with this role:

• Inventory Management:
• Receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming shipments.
• Recording and maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.
• Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Order Fulfillment:
• Picking and packing orders based on customer requirements or shipping schedules.
• Ensuring accuracy in picking items and preparing them for shipment.
• Properly labeling and preparing packages for shipping carriers.
• Warehouse Organization:
• Organizing and maintaining warehouse space and layout.
• Ensuring goods are stored safely and in accessible locations.
• Keeping aisles and workspaces clean and free of hazards.
• Equipment Operation:
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Following safety guidelines and procedures for equipment use.
• Conducting regular maintenance checks on equipment.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborating with colleagues to coordinate tasks and improve workflow.
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and other team members.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Following company policies and procedures regarding warehouse operations.
• Adaptability:
• Adjust to changing priorities and demands in a dynamic warehouse environment.

8. Technical Skills:
o Use warehouse management system (WMS) and other technology tools effectively.
9. Safety Compliance:
o Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
10. Communication:
o Clearly convey information and understand instructions from supervisors and colleagues.
