TMMG is seeking a full-time C5ISR Test Integration Lead for NAVIGATION to provide shipyard Combat Systems Support during the construction of Naval ships in a shipyard environment. The C5ISR Test Integration Lead (NAVIGATION) will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Navigation Systems, Exterior Communications Systems, Weapons Systems, Information Systems, or Combat Systems/Operations. The C5ISR Test Integration Lead (NAVIGATION) will be required to work with the C5ISR T & I Manager and all required production crafts, contractors, and shipyard engineering, purchasing, and Program Office, to ensure all tests and validations are fully accomplished on the Naval Ship program in support of schedule, cost and performance.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. requirements.

• Lead the C5 T & I team in the execution of a robust total ship test program including, but not limited to, the development of test processes and procedures for NAVIGATION C5ISR areas. Develop test reports, to include land-based, shipboard (pier side and underway), and Navy INSURV acceptance trials.

• Lead the C5 T & I team in the execution of a robust total ship test program including, but not limited to, the development of test processes and procedures for Navigation C5ISR areas. • SME on the Navigation system and perform basic/advanced test operations of equipment.
• Work as T & I Lead for the assigned system and lead the production team through the installation check-out, grooming, and operation of assigned systems. Demonstrate proper operation of equipment and systems to ABS, USCG, and INSURV.
• Work with Production, QA, and Engineering to ensure 100% corrective actions, within the assigned areas, are completed. Apply all trial cards and deficiencies discovered during test/QA and work to have them corrected on future platforms.
• Support the C5 I&T Manager and Ship’s Test Lead to de-conflict competing priorities during all testing and activation projects to deliver results within financial and schedule specifications.
• Support the C5 T & I Manager and Ship’s Test Lead in production, test, launch, and trial readiness reviews.
• Support the C5 T & I Manager and Ship’s Test Lead during pre- and post-sea trials meetings within the assigned area.
• Support the C5 T & I Manager and Ship’s Test Lead in coordinating with Engineering and Project Management to ensure that the shipyard testing strategy is being followed.
• Primary shipyard interface of Navigation C5ISR Primary Systems Integrator contractor activities to ensure on schedule accomplishment of Navigation C5ISR integration and test on assigned hull.

• Bachelor’s degree or five plus years of experience in shipboard testing, reviewing test procedures, performing test validation, verifying pre-requisites, and documentation into deliverable test reports.

• Three or more years of experience in commercial or government contracts, experience in shipbuilding, testing, and delivery of US Military Ships preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Civilian or Military experience in the C5ISR field is preferred.
• Experience developing test procedures using ABS NVR is highly desired.
• Must be able to quickly understand basic system operation and integration with C5ISR systems.
• Must be able to understand troubleshooting procedures and provide solutions.
• Experience with integration of a test program into Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), starting with design through fabrication, construction, and delivery preferred,
• Must possess troubleshooting skills and experience.
• Must meet DOT drug screening requirements.

• Climb tall ladders, crawl tanks/bilges in confined spaces, inspect from aerial lifts, and work in adverse environments for long periods. Periodically lift-up to 50 pounds and be able to walk to/from job sites.
