Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction tasks, including flooring installation, trim carpentry, and cabinet installation. This role requires proficiency with power tools . The Skilled Laborer will contribute to the successful completion of projects while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities

• Assist all trades including, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical.
• Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand project specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols to minimize risks and accidents.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of power tools and their safe usage.
• Ability to read and understand schematics related to maintenance projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
