Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose operate, maintain, and repair and repair HVAC systems'
• Travel to job sites and coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedule and communicate delays.
• Available for night and weekend shifts on a rotating basis for emergencies.
• Maintain company vehicle, including refueling, reporting issues, and submitting inspection forms.
• Provide exceptional customer service, interact with homeowners, collect payments, and relay information clearly.
• Manage stock of parts, tools, and safety equipment on the vehicle.
• Educate homeowners on additional services and opportunities.
• Participate in ongoing training

• Graduate from HVAC trade school or related continuing education.
• Lift and move items up to 75 pounds regularly; lift 40-50 pounds on raised surfaces.
• Frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, and stooping.
• Work in cramped or high places, including attics and ladders.
• Carry heavy items up and down stairs.
• Endure extreme weather conditions.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and technical knowledge.
• Adaptability to workplace stress and customer service challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and i OS devices.
