We are a family-owned insurance agency seeking an experienced licensed property and casualty agent to join our team.

Base Salary starts at $36,000 and you can earn $100k + annually. With Salary PLUS Commission!
We are a Franchisee of We Insure.
SIGN ON BONUS: Based on Experience.
Qualifications:

• Must have (or be able to obtain) a Property & Casualty Producer License (4-40) or 2-20
• Minimum of 6 months of customer-service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills, strong phone presence, ambition, motivation and drive!

Responsibilities:

• This role will allow you to grow your sales acumen by signing on new customers, retaining existing customers and growing the overall book of business through multiple product offerings
• Provide a high-level of customer-focused sales in a high volume, fast paced call center environment
• Educate customers on insurance products and services recognizing cross-sales opportunities within the context of the customer interaction
• Accept payments, applications and rewrites/reinstates policies and memberships
• Promote insurance, membership and other company products and services to new and current members
