Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Office Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be generating the plans of care to be signed by the providers. This position requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient advocacy. The Office Nurse will work closely with healthcare providers, patients, and staff members to ensure effective delivery.
Duties

• Perform medical documentation accurately and efficiently to maintain patient records.
• Assist in case management by coordinating patient care plans and follow-ups.
• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers to enhance care continuity.
• Conduct spinal taps when necessary, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Engage in home care visits as required, providing nursing services in patients' residences.

Qualifications

• Current registered nursing license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in medical office settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices.
• Familiarity with case management principles is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively with patients who have disabilities or special needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
