Job Description:
Apartment Advantage Group is seeking a Traveling Apartment Maintenance Technician specialized in exterior maintenance to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to travel across multiple states, ensuring properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards. Key Responsibilities:
Exterior Maintenance:
- Repair and maintain gutters, siding, roofing, stucco, and concrete.
- Identify and address exterior issues, including minor repairs or large-scale projects.
- Provide proactive care for building exteriors to prevent future problems.
- Conduct exterior painting, sealing, and waterproofing when needed.
General Maintenance:
- Perform basic flooring repairs, pressure washing, and other tasks as needed.
- Assist with general property upkeep and maintenance projects.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with property management teams across multiple locations.
- Document completed tasks and report issues that require additional resources or repairs.
Requirements:

• Previous experience in exterior maintenance (gutter, siding, roofing, stucco, concrete repairs).
• General maintenance skills, including basic flooring, painting, and power tool use.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to get along well with other team members.
• Willingness and availability to travel full-time across the Florida Panhandle, North Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, and Kentucky.
• Must complete one month of on-site training in Panama City or Fort Walton Beach, FL.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
