Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both industrial and commercial electrical systems, with a strong understanding of electrical schematics and high voltage systems. This role requires proficiency in using various electrical tools and testing equipment, including ammeters, ohmmeters, voltmeters, and power tools. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Utilize testing devices such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and voltmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on high voltage systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrician in industrial or commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using power tools and testing equipment effectively.
• Familiarity with frame carpentry is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents such as schematics and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
