BDC Representative Duties & Responsibilities:

• Respond to internet and phone inquiries about company products or services.
• Set and confirm appointments for potential customers with sales or service teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Collaborate with service departments to optimize lead conversion.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with product knowledge.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Track and report on appointment outcomes and feedback.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improving lead generation and conversion.

BDC Representative Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or telemarketing role.
• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of the industry’s products and services, with a willingness to undergo continuous training.
• Must have reliable transportation.
