We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving growth for our customer support projects and BPO services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively hunt for clients on platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr, ensuring consistent lead generation.
- Develop and manage the placement of compelling gigs to attract potential clients.Identify, approach, and secure clients for customer support projects and BPO services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective business strategies.
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and reports to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client onboarding.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the BPO or customer support industry.
- Strong familiarity with freelance platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
