Job Summary:
Zexus Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by bidding on projects on Upwork. This is an onsite position, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to our success in the global freelancing market.
Key Responsibilities:

• Actively search for and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.
• Write clear, persuasive, and customized proposals to secure projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful deal closures.
• Maintain and update a professional profile on Upwork to attract potential clients.
• Meet monthly targets for project acquisition and client communication.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to refine bidding techniques.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ years of proven experience in Upwork bidding.
• Skills: Excellent written English, with the ability to craft compelling proposals.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Upwork platform and bidding processes.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Location: Karachi-based candidates only, as this is an onsite role.
